New York—Danmell Ndonye took back the charges; she accused her fellow student and four of his friends earlier for allegedly gang raping her in the dormitory of Hofstra University, the 19-year-old student and his friends have been released after spending long 22 hours behind bars.Danmell Ndonye, 18, established the story that Jesus Ortiz 19 grabs her cell phone from her hand during a party on-campus club at the Hempstead, LI University, she stated in her charges that she then followed the boy accompanied by his four friends’ through the elevator to the 11th floor to get back her cell phone.
She also stated that at first, one of them tried to assault her sexually but she resisted, and then they forced her to a bathroom stall and tied her up and rapped her together.
Police have arrested all five suspects of the case and were sent behind bar for 22 hours after such serious allegations were imposed on them.
According to the law such allegations are only bail-able for $500,000 and a person found guilty for such crime can face about 25 years in prison.
Danmell Ndonye first accused them with a serious filthy, dirty and cheep allegation and then in the series of the same took her claim back. What kind of fun that was?
The guys who were behind the bars can have the better idea that how terrible, embarrassing and disturbance those 22 hours would be for them, as they were charged for the sin which they didn’t been involved.

Amazon.com has a listing for a three-disc set on the History of the World Heavyweight Championship. This title is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Amazon also has a listing for a three-disc DVD set on Jeff Hardy. It is set for release on December 15th, but word has it the title was canceled in light of Hardy’s arrest last week on drug charges.
